I spent a great deal of time discussing my legal issue with there receptionist and scheduled my appointment. I clearly explained that I have a very demanding job and would have to take a day off to come in for a consultation. On the morning of my appointment, I called to confirm my scheduled appointment or so I thought and was advised that the firm declined to take my case. At no point in time did I receive a call to advise me of this decision. I then spoke with an attorney who was dismissive and rude and never acknowledged the inconvenience caused. I would not recommend nor would I ever call this firm as it lacks professionalism and integrity!
