S.HAZE IS IN A HAZE. HE IS AN INCOMPETENT FOOL. HE REVEALS THE NAMES OF HIS CLIENTS 2 THE WORLD. HE SCREWED MY FRIEND SANDY MOONSTONE. S. HAZE HATES ✡️ IF HAZE HAD TALKED 2 WITNESES( POLICE,BUS DRIVER,)HE WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT SANDY WAS NOT GUILTY .

I was recommended to Sean Hayes because my Grand Father was in social group with him. I had a consultation with him and everything went well; other than Mr Hayes being extremely dry and unemotional when speaking. Thinking that he would be a good attorney, I was okay with that.. I hired Mr. Hayes as my attorney to transition my custody issues from out of state to NC. Throughout the entire time he never acted like he was concerned , excited, or bothered by what was going on in my case. I would call him and reach his assistant (9 times out of 10). She would assure me that my message would be given to Mr. Hayes. Mr. Hayes would call me back no sooner than 2 business days and say “I missed a call from you”. Have absolutely no idea who he was calling or what the phone call was about. I quit calling because of this and would show up in person to try and get an answer if needed…. Still would not get a chance to talk to Mr Hayes unless I scheduled an appointment a week out. Throughout the child custody/parenting plan process I never received a single piece of advice.. the answer was always “it’s whatever you want to do”.. After the child custody was settled he said he would represent me for a relatively cheap retainer and I paid him to take care of that as well… a mistake. He took my $700 retainer fee and showed up to court once only for it to be dismissed; he never informed me of that being a possibility from the beginning. I felt like my ex-wife’s attorney was invested in our case but Mr. Hayes was doing the bare minimum for me. I asked for an itemized receipt for the case and I was told that the retainer “is not itemized”. Even though I received 2-3 invoices from them that was… his assistants work hard and will basically be your attorney. Would not recommend this law firm. I asked for my money back and he sent $350.00 of the $700.00 I paid him even though nothing was resolved. Also note that any Friday or Monday after a holiday weekend I would call and his assistants would inform me that “he is out of office”. This happened at least 3 or 4 times throughout 6 months.
