I've used Hayes with personal, family, and business matters. I've settled out of court, been in a courtroom with, and consulted with Hayes. He had confidence in circumstances when I knew nothing about what would happen, he stuck with me and helped me see them through. I hope no one had to handle as many matters in the time frame I had to but Hayes does know the system and if you think an attorney is going to do it all for you, get a grip. You have be organized and involved with any legal matter, don't be ignorant and think the court will take care of it without your involvement.

I used Shaun Hayes for my legal process. He was professional though the whole process. A lawyer with his caliper is very valuable, and i recommend him to anybody with legal process's. To sum up: He was fast and expedient with my case. Thanks, -Rick

Shaun Hayes represented me in a child custody case and is extremely dedicated to getting the truth to shine. I had a unique case.. I was getting custody of my un-biological nephew.. I got physical custody of him but I couldn't get him in school until I had obtained temporary custody in order to enroll him. Throughout 2 weeks of phone consultations, paid office consultations, and email consultations, I bet I talked to 15 lawyers.. They all wanted money up front to even speak to them, then after hearing the case I would be hit with a major price which I couldn't afford to pay especially up front.. I went in to speak with Mr. Hayes on a Tuesday, by that following Monday I had my nephew in school.. I worked with a Ms. Wendy at the office and she would call to make sure I knew when appointments where and court dates.. He was reasonably priced and never once made me feel like his fees where more important then my case.. Great attitude.. Very knowledgeable.. Knew what I needed to do and made sure I knew what the next move was.. His staff was sweet, caring and kept me informed as well.. I would highly recommend Mr. Hayes for your custody needs.. He is a personal blessing.. My answered prayer..

Mr. Hayes has been a very attentive Attorney, handling my case for me..He is very knowledgeable of the law, but also thinks outside the box and has compassion about winning the correct way without a lot of drama. I highly recommend Shaun Hayes to anyone who is going through a divorce or for any legal service. Shaun has proved to be a strong and fierce advocate for me in court. Hayes Law Firm did a great job on my custody case in separation from my spouse. He and his staff kept me informed at all times and answered every question I had. It was clear during my case that Mr. Hayes had developed strong relationships with the court and that there was a good working relationship that existed.
