They were easy enough to retain, but their communication during the pendency of my case (speeding ticket) was pretty terrible. I was assured from my first call that an attorney would be reaching out to me to determine what type of resolution I wanted to aim for. I contacted them a few times leading up to my case to follow up, including on the day before my case was set to be heard, and was told each time that an attorney would contact me to discuss strategy -- and that if he could not contact me in time, he would get a continuance. On the day my case was set to be heard, they sent me an email saying they reached a resolution that I never knew about or authorized. They were nice after the fact, telling me it was an internal administrative error, but I didn't like that they handled my case and negotiated a resolution on my behalf without ever consulting me or allowing me to speak to an attorney. I imagine they handle other cases the same way.

Easy and quick

This was the best choice I ever made! I was speeding 88 in a 70 and I let Hatley Law Office handle it and show in court on my behalf. They were able to get it reduced to Improper Equipment, and I couldn’t be happier. They were so easy to work with and made me less worried. I can’t thank them enough!

Great Great I had a ticket in Rowan county but did not live there . I was sceptic but decided to try iticket and was great. I paid online and had updates emailed and ticket was resolved I didn't have to miss work or anything
