Very friendly but he doesn't show in court 1/2 the time and won't return phone calls

court appointed prosecutor...you will be found guilty...fyi

I've worked for and and hired many attorneys over the years. Very few compare to Eric Rainey. Mr. Rainey is very knowledgeable about the law and an effective communicator who listens well and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. He always carefully considered my situation and how to specifically protect my interests. And he never made me wait days for a response to a query and always discussed all of my questions and concerns for as long as they needed to be discussed. I never felt rushed off the phone or that my concerns were not being addressed....something so common with attorneys. Mr. Rainey was so effective representing me successfully, I didn't hesitate for a moment to call him again when I needed a good attorney again. You will not go wrong contacting Mr. Rainey if you have legal issues to resolve.

Got my case dismissed and was very friendly and concerned about making sure my charges were taken care of. He's very busy but worth any wait. Would recommend.

My opinion is treated the same as in how I have been treated by Mr Sigmon. IT DONT MATTER. I called an for the time after he was assigned as my lawyer I didnt know that he was. If you ask me I am assuming that its the whole Buncombe county's court an court systems. Candace Jenkins. Up date I was hasty in my review, tho I must say with things in the right veiw are my fault. Just saying open minded want to blame others when myself only is to blame hope that Mr. Sigmon, ve able to help me in resolving my problems within court. He is very supportive in wanting to help
