DWI. We lost and I’m still giving him 5 stars. He made a GREAT argument but the judge didn’t agree. I was impressed!! He got two of the four charges dropped. This guy was 100% honest with me through the whole ordeal, which is very new to me. Every other lawyer I’ve hired in the past has lied to me. NOT THIS GUY!! I loved his honesty. He has great presence in the court room, which is very comforting when you’re the defendant. He knows his stuff. If you’re in trouble in Buncombe County, he’s the guy you want! And you’ll be impressed with his prices too!!!

Mr. messer Handled everything for me from start to finish. He got my case dismissed and still offered to expunge it for less than most law firms would do for me.i also came to him almost last minute. Jus saying he’s pretty great. He told me one price and still charges me less???

The best Attorney out there! He goes above and beyond! He went to three Counties for my Son. I was amazed that he knows so many people. This is a great quality to have, it undoubtedly was to my Son's benefit. Al is always a professional and so is Sarah, she is always there to answer questions and concerns. If Sarah was not there or with someone else she always returned my calls promptly. My Son was cleared, no more Court dates or charges. We owe this to Al Messer! Can't tell you a better Lawyer. Simply cannot. He helped me out in different jurisdictions with multiple charges in all of them. His legal counsel for me spanned over a year with misdemeanors I put off for far too long. He just really helped me. He got bonds reduced, unsecured, got me out and understood when I needed it. I also knew that when he was dealing with huge trials, he still had me. Great lawyer, can't say enough.

I can not say how grateful I am to Al Messer. We had a complicated and worrisome scenario that we entrusted to him to resolve. When you are faced with something that could significantly alter you're life and the outcome of a trial could make it much better or much worse, then you need someone you can count on.
