Our case was dismissed, highly recommend!!

Mr. Messer has represented me on a number of occasions, and each of them have gone swimmingly from the lense of dismissals and reductions of charges. His past experience as a prosecutor allows him a perspective that not many attorneys in Buncombe county can relate to, and that perspective has paid dividends throughout my experience having him as my representative. Like the saying goes, it’s more about who you know that what you know, and thankfully Al Messer has both of those ends covered. I could not possibly recommend Al as an attorney anymore than I already do.

I’ll say I had a very gratifying time with having Mr. Messer to appoint me in court, even on a short notice he walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end with upmost professionalism at that. Approximately 20 months ago, my family and I began navigating a long and uncertain road through the judicial system.
