Would absolutely recommend Messer Law Firm to anyone needing top notch legal services.

The Law Office of Ted Besen helped me out during a stint of two traffic tickets in a short period of time. Karole assisted me around my busy schedule making my options very clear and everything seamless. I would recommend their law office if you need an extra hand in hopes of not having your insurance affected.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Mr. Messer and his team were the best pick I could have made. The team is extremely professional and they make an extra step to make sure you understand the various possibilities depending on your case. I was charged with a DWI/refusal a little over a year ago and Mr. Messer was able to help me get my charges dropped. Furthermore, his assistant Sara Johnson is such a pleasure and was always available to help answer any questions I had along the process. THANKS AGAIN!!

I am from out of state and received a ticket while passing through NC. This ticket was for a significant amount over the speed limit as well as reckless driving. Al Messer was able to get the ticket down to just 14 over and get the wreck less driving dropped. He also appeared in court on my behalf which saved me a lot of time and money from traveling back to NC. Al worked tirelessly to get me this deal as it was better then either of us anticipated we'd be able to get. If you are from out of state and get a ticket in this area use Al. He isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and he is worth it.

I was recently charged in NC for DWI and I knew that I was wrongly charged. I presented my facts to Mr. Messer and he explained the process clearly to me and my Father and what the different outcomes of going to trial could be. After everything was said and done, my charges were dropped and the other driving charges were combined to a lesser penalty. I had the opportunity to work with the Ted Besen law office after receiving a summons for speeding. After consulting with Karole Medford in the office I was assured they could help with getting the charge reduced. True to their word the charge was reduced with no points on my license. Their fees were reasonable and certainly better than the longer term alternative. I recommend the Ted Besen Law Office to anyone dealing with traffic citations.

listen up ladies and Gents if you are in need of a Lawyer who is straight to the point, professional, and will apply his vast experience in the field to making sure you get the best outcome then look no further. I was facing a very serious charge and looking at losing rights and doing some serious time if found guilty. Met with Al and he shot it to me straight and even told me that there was no need to see him again unless i had serious issues ( because it cost each time you meet with an attorney of course). He told me his assistant Ms Sarah Johnson would be able to handle any ? i had and reach him at any time in order to save my wallet. The results of my case were a dismissal of a felony charge. Don't even hire anyone else just do yourself a favor and do a little research and you will see that this guy is the equivalent of the CLOSER. 100 percent professional and courteous and i am grateful. This type of service is hard to find, o and one more thing the price was outstanding.

Very pleasant to deal with and great communication. It seems that everybody talks to you like you are stupid for asking a simple question. Ted Besen and his assistant Karole are amazing. I definitely recommend you save yourself time, points on your license and insurance, and money and just trust them.
