We hired Mr. Messer after my husband was arrested in the Asheville area. We were both scared and did not know what to expect from the entire situation. Ted represented my son when he was charged with several traffic offenses including DUI. His case continued for 14 months and Ted made every appearance. During the trial Ted made all the appropriate motions and exposed all the inconsistencies in the charging officer’s testimony.
