I cannot imagine having a better legal experience than with Jim. I am a Big Brother, and through an introduction by Pisgah Legal Services, Jim volunteered to represent my 'Little Brother's' best interest pro bono in an adoption. It was a complicated case that I'm sure extended considerably longer than the norm, and Jim was not only legally proficient, he acted with graciousness, courtesy and professionalism in every instance. Took money from me up front .... several thousands .... I decided not to go through with divorce and even though I didn’t use the money in my account he refused to give me my money back!! I wrote the NC state bar and they made sure I got my money back!!!! I find that HIGHLY DISHONEST AND CROOKED!!!!

In every way this was a better experience than I was expecting. Divorce and separation is probably always messy but it felt a lot less messy with Jim Siemans and his team on my side. He was professional, capable and dedicated. In addition to which he was kind and patient. Which given my ex-partner, sometimes must have been a task. I can't recommend him enough.
