Look no further, Great guy , Great attorney.

Poor slow communication.Rather than saying my situation was not what he typically deals with he told me to handle it myself.Everyone I spoke to warned me against that. Not only was I scared but now I felt confused and rejected as to how to handle what i had been through. He was kind of a jerk. Thankfully Pisgah legal was able to direct me to someone who was much kinder while directing me to the proper contact for help.

I hired David Budd to represent me in a divorce case and ended up needing his services for child support/custody issues as well. I should note, I started with another attorney but I'm glad I found Mr. Budd because my case was going nowhere before he came on board. Mr. Budd was very matter-of-fact during our consultation and, unlike other lawyers I've encountered, he doesn't hedge all his responses or rely on legalese - he just cut to the chase and got to work on my case. Within 2 months my divorce was FINALLY done, and this was no easy task as he was dealing with a very difficult opposing lawyer and opposing party. I have continued to use his services to address multiple issues that have come up since and he has helped to make a very stressful situation manageable. I trust Mr. Budd and his paralegal, Tonya, to understand and resolve my legal problems while keeping costs reasonable. I have already recommended Mr. Budd to others and would definitely hire him again.

David BUDD . Is a sorry and sad lawyer. He is a very unhappy person. I called David for legal advice never return my calls . He refused to help and turn on me. I'm not the only person who has experienced negative legal advice and services from David Budd. He thinks he is BEYOND people. Do not hire him. He takes people money and don't do as he says.

Mr. Budd has always given realistic expectations, sound advice and displayed a positive attitude.

I hired Mr. Budd for a child custody case. He was upfront and honest about what we could use and couldn't use for this case. He would give great legal advise. While in the courtroom he nailed every piece of evidence that would be beneficial to my case. If you are looking for a lawyer I highly recommend Mr. Budd. Thank you so much David!

Was my atty in georgia, awesome all around guy- a shame he has moved! He was the most honest atty I have ever met. No nonsense, down to earth and to the point during litigation.He even bartered part of the money owed which is unheard of. If you are reading this and need an atty in N.C. do not hesitate to do business with him! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

David Budd is a great lawyer. I am a victim in a case. It can feel pretty intense and emotional at times - but David really knows the ropes and he is very supportive and caring. David Budd is a rainmaker!! He is worth every penny spent. He beat a DUI for me today. Buncombe county has a 98% conviction rate for dui. He is agressive , hard core criminal attourney I highly recommend him.

Mr. Budd has been wonderful! I have 2 cases with him right one taken against me by my exhusband and a child support/custody case! One of the things I really like is he remembers my name my childs name and everything i've talked about with him, so I dont feel like just another client. I feel that he is doing a wonderful job and at the end everything will work out to my benifit.
