We have bought two properties with Tyler Mellor, an agent at Powerhouse Realty, and he is the best. 1) Super communicative. Always picks up the phone to answer questions. 2) Great at connecting us to other suppliers. We have used both a mortgage broker and home insurance broker that we’re referrals from Tyler and both have been great. 3) He goes above and beyond. We are out of state buyers and he has always made an effort to send us all the pics, and videos, and go to appointments that we can’t be at and make it happen. He’s super polite and if we need an agent for ourselves or a referral it’s always Tyler.
