We listed our home on a Thursday morning and had two offers by the weekend. We did not accept one and the other fell through. However, we had AllStar Powerhouse follow their proven selling plan and got an offer soon after that. We met our target of closing in NC before the end of December and concurrently closing on our new home in FL a couple days later. Their team made our dream a reality!

Absolutely hands down best realtor, Tyler Mellor!!! I’ve worked with several realtors and none compared. He’s professional, knowledgeable(and that in itself is worth 5 stars) and really worked with me to find what I wanted! There wasn’t a question about anything in a house or it’s workings he couldn’t answer. I never felt like he was trying to sell me on a property just so he could get a sale. Go look him up you will find your dream home like I did!! Way to go AllstarPowerhouse!!

Celebrating a year in our new house! I just want to thank Allstar Powerhouse and my agent Tyler Mellor for going above and beyond to help us find our house on the hill.
