Alex Gomes helped me by creating a separation agreement. He was thorough and careful and kind and helpful to me. I would definitely use his services again for anything related to family law. Most amazingly, when it came time to file for divorce, Alex suggested that I could either pay him the few hundred dollars or I could follow the link to the Buncombe County Bar Association that he provided, and do the legwork myself, since I had an uncomplicated situation. (I did choose to do the latter.) I really appreciate Alex Gomes, and everyone else in his office was a pleasure to work with as well. Finally, this isn't relevant to the question of practicing law, but Montford Family Law is in a fantastically, well-preserved 19th century house, and I always enjoyed being in that space. Much easier parking than downtown as well.

Took advantage of me monetarily because Jason Erhmann knew that I could keep paying. After 5 mths and 10K, I filed the papers myself with the court and it was DONE. He asked upon our initial meeting,e "you do know that I am the most expensive in town" H
