When you ask 'Who's the best Disability Attorney in the Asheville area?" you will undoubtedly hear the name David Gantt, and for good reasons. Mr. Gantt was very courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, straight forward. From day one in his office, I knew exactly what to expect from the process and when to expect it. I was consistently updated with their progress, call backs were usually within a few minutes, and if I needed anything or had a question, they were there for me one hundred percent. Not only was he a great attorney, but I also felt as though I had a friend beside me through the entire process. You won't find a better attorney than Mr. David Gantt.

From start to finish, everything was explained in very clear detail. I know I was their biggest pest, as I called almost every week just to check in. I was told Mr Gant and his team was the best, now I can pass that on, they are truly the best!!

I first heard of David more than 25 years ago. One of the best lawyers in his field then, and definitely the best in Western North Carolina to date. Very respectful, kind, and understanding of your situation. Takes extra time to work with you so you understand everything about your case. He and his staff treat you like family. Very relaxed, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and absolutely wonderful people. My wife has a very delicate personality and sometimes hard to understand. He answered my question. Was honest with how much it would cost if he took care of me. Told me how to do it my self to get the most money. He also help my father in 1993 to win his disability. Helped my dad's brother to win his in one month when he found out he had cancer. Very nice guy. Worth the money.
