David Gantt & his office staff provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to all the details of my healthcare & medical needs in helping me get my disability. When arriving, the way they greeted me made me feel like a very important client and took consideration for any conditions I had. I couldn't be more thankful to him and to his staff for all their hard work and dedication.

I was very satisfied with David Gantt's expertise and knowledge in all aspects handling my case. He dealt with all the paperwork and contacted all necessary providers to get my medical history - it was extremely hassle free! He communicated and counseled me on what to expect - being very forthcoming (he's a straight shooter)! Do you know why this place currently has a 4.9 rating? Because they call a few days after your INITIAL consultation when you're excited about how they "are going to help you" and ask what you think of them. After my initial consultation in March, 2018, I received a call from the receptionist (*just like you will after hiring him) asking how I liked their service. I told her I haven't received any service in the 3 days since I met DG. "Well for that meeting, I'll just mark 5 stars on your behalf". What did it take for them to call me again? Missing an appointment with Disability Determination Services OVER A YEAR LATER. So, to recap, I've received TWO phone calls from this place in just over a year of receiving their "service". A friend who is a former North Carolina District Attorney says I have grounds to sue for breach of trust but .... I'll need a lawyer to do that, won't I Mr. Gantt? EDIT AFTER REPLY: 13 months of not hearing from you, post that fact on the web and you reply within 7 hours. If you cared as much for your clients as you do your reputation, you wouldn't have to worry about your reputation. But that's just an opinion, right counselor? 2nd EDIT TWO YEARS AFTERWARDS: Found the correct lawyer for my needs. As it turns out, Mr. Gantt wasn't even the correct type of lawyer to handle my case yet, he took me on as a client anyway. PS - sharing details of my case could be construed as what, counselor?
