Re-doing my trust after moving here from out of state...I had lots of questions and Andy was always very forthcoming with good cheer! I particularly liked the way he brought in his support staff when we were reviewing and making changes so the changes were made "real time" and I could trust they were being made. Andy AND his staff have been great during this whole process...I highly recommend him.

I've worked on several items with the Strauss Attorneys team, mainly with Andy and Lee, though also with Larry. In particular, Andy helped incorporating favorable income tax strategies in a trust that also provide asset protection to the next generation. Great help and amazing service.

We've updated our trusts and worked with legal planners in several states where we've resided in the past. This was the most professional and thorough group we have ever worked with. Andy Strauss is extremely knowledgeable, yet very personable. He was always actively thinking when we were presenting our goals and offered us viable solutions when we were done. Request to work with Andy directly if you have complex estate goals. Better hurry, though. We'll really miss him when he retires. On the other hand, his entire group was a pleasure to work with and the end product was presented very professionally.

Recently, we completed revisions to all our estate documents with Andy Strauss, attorney in Asheville. These included our trusts, wills, POAs, and living wills. Throughout the process, Andy and his staff were friendly, trustworthy, and highly competent. This was the 4th iteration we have made to these documents over the past 29 years. The resulting counsel and work product were of the highest professional quality. We are enthusiastic about Andy and recommend him without qualification. This was easily our best experience in estate planning!

Andy Strauss's firm motto is "We Do Estate Planning. We do it Well." That about encompasses it all! I have been involved in my own or my parents' estate planning with this firm and Andy in particular since 1998. His office is efficient, professional and friendly. His key staff have been around for years, which is very helpful as well as reassuring. Andy knows his area of expertise very well and is able to articulate this well to me. Due to the complexity and my unfamiliarity of estate planning and finance it, I often must have a repeat lesson on why we did something in the manner in which we did, and he is unfailingly patient and thorough in his explanations. This firm is simply great to work with and do an excellent job.

Andy helped us set up our estate plans after my mother past away. Without his and his team's help, I would have been completely overwhelmed at an already difficult time. Now I rest easy, confident in the knowledge that I have provided for my family and my own long-term stability.

Andy wrote my original trust in 2003. In the past 15 years he has rewritten and updated my trust every year. He has given me sound advise regarding my trust and affairs thru divorce and the death of my Father.

I have worked with Strauss & Associates for a couple of years, on referrals and mutual professional development. These folks are the best of the best and are celebrated on a national stage for their thought leadership. We continue to work together, which I consider to be a privilege!
