They stayed in communication almost flawlessly through the duration of my case, and the only time they didn't there was a scheduling issue between my work schedule and their office hours. So that's not even entirely their fault, and that was resolved within two weeks, if I recall correctly. Otherwise they preformed outstandingly, kept my direct involvement to a minimum, and kept me entirely informed of everything I needed to be aware of. If you need a lawyer, this one is worth every penny.
