Elizabeth Davis of Davis Law Group was assigned to me for my court case and I had never met this group before. My research revealed an educated, experienced, dedicated and personable firm with stellar credentials. Meeting Beth Davis for the first time was like getting reacquainted with a dear friend. Easy to talk with in a relaxed and professional atmosphere. Beth had read all my case notes, listened to my questions and concerns and took extra notes. During mediation, she offered great insight and suggestions that resulted in the best outcome we could ever have expected. Meeting Brian Davis made me wish he was my next door neighbor. Friendly, knowledgeable and a dedicated professional. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do I will certainly trust Davis Law Group and their staff.

A car accident is really just that – an accident. No one plans for it, it’s completely unexpected. For me, the effects of my car accident are something that I will deal with for the rest of my life. The fact that I had an injury from my accident was incredibly frustrating and made me angry. Every day I hurt and relived the accident, I didn’t get any results from the treatment I was receiving and I was so upset every time I would have to talk to the other insurance company about my medical treatment. I finally realized I didn’t have to go through this situation alone, and I could get help. It was the best decision I could have made and I wish I had done it sooner! If you are looking for a humble, compassionate, and honest lawyer; Mr. Davis is the person I reccommend. He treated me with so much respect which he had nothing to gain. He spoke with me on the phone for at least 40 minutes and I never felt rushed. He and I have never formally met but he treated me and my situation as if I was his only client. When I was looking for a lawyer I ask the LORD, which lawyer to choose from the internet. Then I saw his picture and emailed him along with 15 lawyers. Mr. Davis is the only lawyer that responsed to my email. I texted him this morning in reference to an unpleasant email I received this morning , and he called me back immediately. I know this is a lenghty review but I feel it would be a disservice if I didn't included the minor details that meant everything to me. I contacted Brian Davis Law group regarding a case of my former personal injury lawyesr egregious behavior and blatant mishandleing of an accident I was involved in requiring a left knee & total left hip replacement surgeries. He had no knowledge about medicare Liens or how to file them, and 1 month before statue of limitations were coming up, he demanded I accept a very low ball settlement, and told me to get on with my life. One year later I was notified by the Department of Justice that Medicare had been turned over to them for collection for my surgical bills and in one month would be taking hundreds of dollars plus 10% interest from my SS check until thousands of dollars were paid back. My attorney never contacted Medicare, requested a lien reduction, or even contacted my treating doctors/surgeon. When I questioned him on this, he accused medicare, DOJ being corrupt and he was not at fault.(this attorney had been in practice for years). I opened a case with the State Board to investigate this, I filed an appeal myself with the DOJ, which they denied because the attorney missed the time frame to obtain a reduction or appeal. I contacted Senator Tim Scott and he did a 5 month investigation into this attorney & DOJ. Their findings were, he had “performance issues” by state board. Senator Scotts findings was he was totally incompetent, multiple lies to Medicare, DOJ & State Board. But they could not represent me only investigate what had happened. I received a call from the investigator from State Board telling me now DOJ was capable of requiring I pay all the surgical bills for the joint replacements,and my left hip dislocated one month after surgery more hospital bills.. My former attorney kept the check my own personal insurance company issued for medical expenses. I was forced to change my Will to an Trust estate and put everything I own in my sons name to protect my assets should I die so DOJ could not put a lien on my home. This caused severe financial & emotional stress, fighting this 2 years, and at one point I was ready to end my life. Senator Scott told me I needed a malpractice attorney to represent me. I called 3 malpractice attorneys in Asheville and none wanted to take on this case. When I spoke with the Paralegal at Brian Davis law firm, within the hour Brian himself was on the phone with me. My 1 hour consultation was 3 hours 49 minutes. Brian said I definitely had a case and he would fight this even if it meant going to trial. He explained it was a difficult case being a “case within a case” costly to defend, requiring “Expert Doctors” review & he would be going to court against a local attorney, but he was determined to obtain justice and compensation for me where “State Board, DOJ, and Senator Scott” had not been able to accomplish. Brians diligent investigation uncovered, numerous lies, deception, and my surgeon reported my former attorney never contacted him, and he never charged him $700.00 for a medical report. And verified that the accident was the sole cause of the resulting joint replacement surgeries required. Brian & his team kept in touch with me continually, as difficult as this case was I never felt I was just another “Case”. Brian took this personally to heart and patiently explained his findings and where the case was headed. With his dogged persistence & determination with the malpractice attorneys insurance company, they realized he was ready to take this to trial. He successfully settled the case and I was fully compensated for the loss. More importantly Brian restored my faith in the justice system, and took the load off of me, knowing he was not going to give up. Brian has a heart for people who have been injured and is truly a compassionate and experienced trial lawyer. I was blessed to have him take my case, when the Government, State Board and elected officials saw me as just another “number”. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he’s not afraid to go the distance, to ensure you receive justice. Thanks Brian & team, you gave me back my life.

I wish I had contacted Brian last year! Unfortunately, I didn’t know about him until a year after being with the wrong lawyer!
