It has been one year since I settled my case so this is long overdue. Brian Davis may have saved my life. After 5 long years of litigation he never stopped helping me. If not for Brian putting me in touch with the proper medical and psychological experts I may still be suffering the long term effects of my injury. I always felt that Brian cared more about my recovery than anything else. Thanks to Brian I am doing well and even though I will never fully be the person I was, I can now live with who I am now. My heartfelt gratitude cannot be put into words. God put Brian in my path.

I called on sunday because of an accident with a dog. I did not expect to receive a call back so soon. I was only four minutes and he put my mind at ease.

The people here are kind and work very diligently to resolve your case. They also make sure you understand everything and answer any questions you have at any time. I'm so glad we found this law office they truly were a blessing in disguise.

My wife and I met with Brian today. I found him to be very informative, courteous and professional. He had the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Then have me sign up to have him represent me in an accident. Instead, he gave me the facts and told me the truth. Then proceeded to tell me how to handle the case myself. I can’t begin to say how refreshing it is to have an attorney tell me the truth and not make disingenuous claims about how much money they can get me. Very impressed. I would and will highly recommend him to others.

I contacted Mr. Davis via his website and was contacted the very next day. Mr. Davis and his staff made a very difficult situation much easier. He offered great advice throughout and always made me feel comfortable. He is a wonderful person to have on your side as he fights for you as if your family. Hopefully I never require his services again but if I do he would be my first call! I would highly recommend him to all my family & friends.

I called this law firm for a general question...it was a Friday close to 4p...I spoke with the legal aid and she mentioned it would most likely be Monday before an attorney would contact me...I received a call Friday evening before 7p!! I highly recommend this office for your needs and/or concerns...

This lawyer is what we call a super lawyer. He knows his practice and doesn't waste your time with false hopes. I went to see him and wished I could have had him on board from the inception.

The day following my car accident I did a Google search for attorneys in the Asheville,NC area; Davis Law Group had some of the best reviews. I decided to go to the office to see if they would be able to answer a couple of questions I had. When I got there, a sign was posted on the door that stated 'By appointment only.' As I was reading the sign, one of the members of Davis Law Group opened the door with a smile and asked if I needed help. I told him that I didn't have an appointment but I would like to schedule one with Brian. Then, around the corner came Brian himself; I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. Despite not having an appointment, Brian invited me in and was happy to discuss the accident, answer my questions, and offer advice. Brian listened, which is unfortunately rare in today's society. I never felt pressured and there was no mention of cost/fees for services. He simply advised me to reach out to him if I had any additional questions and/or needed his representation. He went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciated it. He didn't have to take time out of his day to essentially give me a free consultation, but he did, and I'm so grateful for it. I encourage anyone seeking legal advice to consult with Davis Law Group, you won't be disappointed! I was extremely impressed with my experience with attorney Brian Davis. After a pleasant initial inquiry conversation with his legal assistant, he responded personally the following day. Due to his case load he was unable to take my case but he still took the time to gave his opinion concerning it and then to explain the case in detail in straight forward approachable language. He was engaged and thorough in the dialog even though monetarily he knew that he wasn’t going to receive any payment. His manner is both professional as well as being personable. At the end of the conversation he offered a suggestion for an alternate attorney as well as providing me with that attorney’s contact information. I was so impressed with my experience with Brian Davis that I immediately put him in my phone’s contact list and will definitely use him in the future for any legal needs that I might have as well as recommending him to friends that might be needing an attorney.
