we are 2 blind ladies that were in an accident while riding with 2 friends. We were given Brian's name by a lawyer in Florida. He was so interested, and sympathetic right from the first time he came to our home in Kannapolis, NC. He and his office staff were so conscientious and always had time to answer any questions that we had and make sure we understood everything. If anyone ever asks us for a referral to a good lawyer, his office will be the first one we tell them about.

Brian Davis is a wonderful attorney. He accepted my case even though I was a "basket case". He handled my case without prejudice and always treated me with the utmost respect. He also handled my case without fee and has continued to work with me when I needed his help. I am 84 year old female with brain injuries from a bad car wreck.

Brian responded immediately, clearly and honestly to my search for legal advise. My posted querie on his website was answered by Brian calling me. Without hesitation he explained why it would be difficult to file a suit and that while I had a legitimate case it would be impossible to pursue from an economic standpoint. I appreciate that he personally took the time to say he could not help me.
