I got a ticket in NC on my way back from NJ. The officer said I would have to appear in court which I thought was ridiculous. A few days later I received a flyer in the mail from Iticket. I called the number and was very pleasantly surprised to hear how fast and automatized the process was and the price was very reasonable. My lawyer had the ticket plead down to a non equipment violation. No points and no court appearance required! It was a very favorable outcome and I'm happy I decided to go with Iticket!

They have had my case since October 2021 and they just keep continuing it. Just find someone else or request a reduction on your own online and you don’t have to deal with nonsense. Don’t use this company!
