I only had 2 days left before I had to go to court for this traffic violation. They stepped up and took care of it quickly. I love how to communicate with them also by email. I hope I don't get another ticket but if I do I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Had a few issues with dropped calls and follow up from the first rep I spoke with, but the second rep expedited things, and everything was very simple, straightforward and well-communicated thereafter. Would definitely recommend. That being said the NC Judicial branch is super shady, but as long as you're willing to line their pockets, they're happy to reduce your violation - so long as they can increase your fine! Very unethical.
