I highly recommend Michael Macht. He is well informed and provided us with prompt consult. Mr. Macht provides clear and concise counseling on the various local laws and how the court system really works. Best part is that he really listens!

Excellent! No insurance points for me. It's super easy to sign up. They have legal clerks and paralegals take care of all the paperwork online, so I never actually spoke with my lawyer. If you want a more personal touch don't go with them, but if you want convenience and ease this is the lawyer for you.
I was hit with 83 in a 70. It was my first ticket in years, and they got it dropped to an improper equipment. I didn't need to attend court and have no insurance points. Couldn't be happier.

The law office took my case and handled smoothly and efficiently. They explained each step of the process and the expected costs. No one wants to have to use a law firm, but I highly recommend Hatley Law Office for moving traffic violations if the need arises. They did a great job.

Daren Gum works with Pisgah Legal and helped me attain a 50B order against an abusive person pro bono. Gum was empathetic, soft-spoken yet assertive, and kind to me throughout the ordeal. He has even helped me after being released from services. He is a good egg and should come more highly recommended.
