My wife and I are in our mid 60's, disabled and on fixed income. We have been through really rough times the last 15 years. Family deaths, troubled children marriages, Domestic violence. Becoming disabled. Elderly parents needing aid 100's of miles away. Our finances were in shambles from helping our children and others with legal fees, credit cards, 2nd mortgages, it got to the point we were served papers by the Sheriff to come and take our belongings to pay our creditors. When I searched for a bankruptcy attorney Almighty GOD led me to Kight Law Office. This was the best move I could have ever made! Being scared of loosing your home of 25 years and being unable to eat or sleep caused me lots of problems as well as my wife's health got bad also, but when I was able to talk to Rod, he brought about instant relief! We talked about 45 minutes and he listened to me and my concerns and then explained everything to me. Afterwards I was able to function again and with GOD's help I as able to obtain another loan modification on our home. It took a year to do this and all year long Rod and his wife Ashley never forgot about us and always helped me and gave me advise. I never done anything like this before. Bankruptcy seemed like a dark, looming cloud that would sentence me to years and years of financial suicide. Not only did the entire staff ease my nerves, but Rod himself was incredibly understanding and reassuring.
