Don't call these people and expect a call back we had a initial call with them then we tried for a week to get back in contact with the lawyer we spoke to and it was either no answer or they'll take a message. Very unorganized in my opinion

The lawyer that handled our case was very young ,but don't be fool by his youth ,he is competent and courteous and works expeditiously his name is Patrick Twisdale

The Lady was awesome... she listened to 2 women tell a story from 2 views and she heard it all... nothing but love... had a hard time finding spot but well worth it ...

I needed a criminal attorney for Madison County, but I don't live there. I asked a friend to find out who the best criminal defense attorney in the area was and let me know. She lives in Madison County and works in Asheville. She did not personally know of one, but made some inquiries and Mr. Amburgey's name came up more than anyone else. He and his assistant Vanessa took my case, got it dismissed, and I didn't even have to go to court. I was guilty, but it was a really stupid thing more than anything, and I am so appreciative for the work these two did for me. If you need a criminal attorney, this is the only choice.

My 21 year old son had a issue in NC which was preventing him from joining the US NAVY. LAST MINUTE TO MY RESCUE! I am from Roswell GA and was not familiar with anything in NC much less the law. I just happened to catch a dwi charge in 2012 visiting friends in college. I got a probation charge b/c the two states failed to communicate. I called Mr. Amburgey's law firm the day of my court and he literally showed up in 10 minutes and resolved my case in 40 minutes or less. He was so impressive with his knowledge in law and his honesty. If you are looking for an attorney that is straight up and actually is going to take care of your case with a great price tag, he is definitely your man. I will recommend him over anyone. I only wish he resided in GA but for you people in NC, he is worth every penny! Thank you Mr. Amburgey for all your help :)
