Inattentive and doesn’t communicate. Never really knew where we were in my case. Doesn’t respond to email or return phone calls. Overcharged and under served. Never provided a fee agreement. Weak litigator. Instead of helping the helpless he rips off the hopeless.

I've been fortunate enough never to require the services of Bull & Reinhardt, however I have had the good fortune of doing business with Adam Bull and am looking forward to doing it again. I also consider myself fortunate to know that if I ever do require his services I will be in the most competent of company. Keep up the good work Bull.

I called and spoke with a receptionist and then with Dustin Dow's assistant, Catherine. I was supposed to receive a call that evening or first thing the next day from Dustin per his assistant. Its now 5 days later and still no call. Very unprofessional on their part and frustrating for me as I'm seeking legal assistance. Don't waste your time with this firm if they don't even have the time to return a call to a potential client.
My only reason for leaving even 2 stars was because the receptionist was nice.
