Having never needed an attorney before, Mr. Amburgey was reccommended to us after my son was charged with a pretty serious misdemeanor. We were very nervous and stressed but after speaking to him for the first time, he made us feel at ease. Thanks to Mr. Amburgey, we never had to step foot inside the courtroom. He was able to get my sons charges dismissed. We would highly recommend him!

Thomas is a very professional and skilled attorney. I was charged with cyberstalking by my wife a year after she left me. He was able to get the charges dismissed but the clerk of court failed to file the appropriate paperwork. I ended up having a warrant for my arrest and I went to jail. I had to pay a bondsman to get me out. I went to the court date and they never even called my name. It was a terrible experience but was not Thomas's fault. He filed an expunction for me so I have no record now to make up for my bad experience. In the end, everything worked out great and I now have a clean record. Great attorney and highly recommended.
