Bankruptcy can be a very frightening and overwhelming experience. I know first hand. But working with Mr. Pitts and the rest of the team, the process was easy to understand and doable. If you or someone you know is in a position of contemplating bankruptcy, I highly recommend these folks!

Mr Hay is extremely knowledgeable and professional. More than that, though, he kept me up to date on my case and took great care in guiding me through a difficult and sometimes confusing process. Mr. Hay and the staff at PHH were always kind, courteous and respectful. I recommend them highly.
