James helped my get my license back after having lost it for almost 14 years. He was there every step of the way to guide me through the process, taking a lot of fear and uncertainty out of the equation. James Minick was outstanding. Him and his paralegal Stephanie made a terrible process calm. While I had my first real “appearance” in court and had stressed for months, James was calm, easygoing and very helpful. He knows Asheville and he knows the law and when you have someone that’s all those things it gets pretty easy to turn a bad encounter/mistake with the system, into just a process you have to get past and get on with your life. Attorney James Minick and his team worked in a timely manner to help resolve my case. They worked effortlessly and diligently to prepare my case which, went to trial and overall got dismissed. Attorney Minick was extremely professional, always prepared and realistic. He communicated the course of actions we were going to take, and he executed! Highly recommend. We have only used Minick Law for all of our speeding needs. My husband has got a speeding ticket with each mustang he has gotten *sigh* but Minick has been amazing in helping each time we needed them. They are very responsive and quick to take care of the court date, costs etc. They give discounts on if you have to come back to them a second or third time and have been so welcoming and great to deal with every time. Highly recommend. They really are the best!
