These people are obviously intimidated by litigants that are wealthy. I told them I was poor, and that I was being totally shafted by the millionaire owners after my arm was broken. He told me to pay him $500 just to talk. Seek counsel elsewhere. Don't believe fake, planted reviews on here.

I should have represented myself. She did little to nothing while dragging my case out for almost 3 years. The advice she gave me caused me to lose more than I would have without her. She never remembered our previous conversations and always seemed to be helping the other side. She even encouraged me to drop criminal charges to move the case to a different county which neither myself nor my ex lived in order to "have a more fair case due to better judges" than our home county. The only benefit was to save my ex $. There isn't even a family court in the county we moved to, however the other side's lawyer was a big wig there.

I first met Mr. Bowman in an elevator after leaving the courtroom. I had just found myself in a situation related to a traffic accident that I have never been in before. As we went down he asked me if I was OK. I said I would have to find an attorney. As we left the courthouse the conversation continued. Then I was going back into the courtroom with Mr. Bowman. He used his knowledge and experience to help me. He saved me from weeks of future worry and anxiety. I have to say Mr. Bowman's act of concern and generosity shows a human side that explains why he is rated with FIVE STARS.

Dwi and child abuse case I was charged with. Not sure what to do where to go nor who you trust. Mr Joe Bowman was a God send. Listened calculated reasoned and understood my situation and went out of his way in so many areas along the way to assist me in keeping my license. With courses to take to prepare for my defense and communication with judges to allow me to drive on a limited privilege license until this matter was resolved. He stood with me and pushed forward into my not guilty defense. We went to trial in civil court and lost. However with in the hour he made arrangements for appeal and pushed a bond ready with in a few hours. I was processed out as soon as the jail house received my papers. I posted bail for appeal and he continued to push for my not guilty verdict. He is 110% involved in the case and holds a personal conviction for representing his clients. Appeal date came and we went forward. Three day trial that was as full and as great as a dramatic movie. Every angle used with truth and reality it’s foundation. I learned that the law is set on a true scale held by the people with reason. After a two hour deliberation the jury came back while looking me in the eye. Holding me to a stare of there conclusions being SURE. Unknowing the verdict I was still settled that he and I had done and said all I could as we fought these charges whole heartedly and Set in our convictions we together formed equally along our way in our defense of “reality justified innocents”. This was a case of necessity. Rare and one of a kind. We took the risk for this justification. It was in this hope the gathering of the jury was selected. Painting to them with words the reason I was not guilty of these charges. We then rested with willingness to accept whatever the outcome, knowing we fought a good fight to the end. The judge then read off their verdict. And to my heart breaking relief it was a not guilty on all counts. Incredible!! It’s so good to know there are people who make the scale of justice weigh for reality of humanity and not just for the written law. Joe Bowman is one of these and is personal understanding and empathetic in his representation for the people. Remember his name.
