I’ve had very good realtors, mediocre realtors, and very bad realtors. Rowena is an excellent realtor. She is intelligent and will even challenge a builder’s contract if it benefits her client to do so. She also has a team that pitches in so no client - or potential client - falls though the cracks.

Trying to find a home is Asheville is much like trying to find a needle in a haystack these days, except there’s a 5 minute timer and a bunch of other people searching as well... Working with Tyler helped take out some of the stress Associated with buying a home. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable of the market and tailored home searches to our needs. I would gladly work with him again.

If they are not your agent, then do not allow this company to come onto your property. Sales agent Tyler Mellor left my backdoor in West Asheville wide open and then left. Whenever I mean wide open it is the kind that allows the wind to come in as well as anyone else who happens to stop by. Funny thing is Tyler locked himself out of his car. After calling my sales agent and securing my house I found Tyler standing under my porch because it was snowing. After confronting Tyler he had a smirk on his face and gave less than sincere apology. He then told me he locked himself out of his car. Karma was not so kind to Tyler but at least he knows how to lock and close a car door, just not a property owner's back door. When I asked Tyler for his name he refused to give it to me and did not leave his card in my residence. I asked Tyler to leave my property and for him and his company to never return. Never heard of this company until today and I do not recommend sellers telling their sales agents to allow this company onto your property.

My initial experience with this office was that I explained to their admin staff that I was using a program that did not provide pre-approval letters, and shortly after received an automated email regarding the importance of getting pre-approved. The second time I attempted to interact with them, I did not get a response to my email for 5 days. Despite COVID-19, real estate in Asheville moves quickly and this response time is disheartening. Finally, I got a follow-up email recently and advised the realtor that I was no longer in the market for a house due to an issue with securing financing. It was extremely painful for me to find out that I cannot purchase a home at this time and did not receive a response from the realtor. But, I got a call at 10am today from someone else with their office asking if I needed further assistance and explained to her that I was no longer in the market. 5 hours later I have now gotten another automated listing email from their office. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST! YOU ARE INSENSITIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!
