Hi Kathleen, I wanted to sincerely apologise for the fraudulent review this account left. This email account is meant to be registered to my old (defunct) photography business in Australia. I have no idea how they managed to create this account to leave a fraudulent review. I have changed the password and enabled 2 factor authentication, so this shouldn't happen again. Sorry again!
