Jody is the best traffic attorney in Asheville, NC! There isn't enough word's to describe how well he handles thing's. If I could give him more than 5 star's I would & highly recommend him. Awesome experience, great advice & just a big help all together. I had my situation taking care of less than 30 minutes over the phone & 2 day's before my court date. I did not have to appear in court he reduced my ticket so no point's on license or insurance. I was very pleased & satisfied over the outcome. I had so much stress lifted off me after talking to him. Thank you Jody for all your hard work & for what you do for other people!!

I was traveling to NC from out of state and had a slip of judgement 15.5 hours in to a 16 hour drive. I was pulled over going well over the speed limit and received a notice for speeding as well as accompanying charges. Jody was able to get my case resolved over a month before the date and got my violation down to a standard speeding ticket. I don't know what I would've done without him. He's super informative and acts quickly and effectively. I hope I'm never in this situation again, but if I were I'd know to call Jody.

My son got a speeding ticket while in the area for a short time. We reached out to Mr Lanier and he was able to handle it for us without having to come back into town. Extremely simple process and I will definitely recommend his services.

Mr. Lanier handled a traffic citation that I received while working locally in the Hendersonville area. (Not speeding) My license is detrimental to my traveling job, as such, I needed representation. I did not have to appear, which would have been expensive for me since I do not live in the area. I did all of my contacts with Mr. Lanier directly through email only. I simply sent a pic of my citation, gladly paid Mr. Lanier's fee, wrote briefly about what happened and Mr. Lanier handled the rest. Mr. Lanier hung in there through the pandemic and through extension after extension of the court calendar. The peace of mind was well worth it! Tracking the dates and appearing multiple times would have caused more wallet damage and stress headaches than any citation. Mr. Lanier was also able to see my case through to a FULL DISMISSAL! (Which was NOT expected on my end) I am 100% satisfied, with all aspects of my business with Mr. Lanier. I also feel that Mr. Lanier went above and beyond my expectations, by far. I do not wish for another citation in western N.C. but if I am ever snared again, Mr. Lanier will be my ONLY call. On a side note: Politics play more of a role in western N.C. than usual. It is best to always be prepared. With Mr. Lanier, I felt prepared. Grateful, surprised, and satisfied! A+++
