I hired Jodie for a traffic ticket that I received in Hendersonville. He was very personable, very knowledgable of laws, had great customer service, and was able to get it dropped with no points added or it affecting my insurance. I will be referring him to family, friends, and coworkers in the area and will for sure use him in the future if needed.

I was caught speeding... :( But Jody, took care of it, just as he explained he would over the phone. Thank you very much! I researched a few attorney's before deciding to go with Jody, based on great value in his price, assurance and expectations he set forth. I would use Jody again, hopefully I learned my lesson though. :)

Jody Lanier helped my wife and I resolve an issue with the county's DA office. Our issue was resolved the same day. My call was returned promptly and before I new it, the DA was contacted and my issue was resolved. I would suggest anyone in town or from out of town should have Jody's phone number in there wallet when visiting or even living in Asheville, Buncombe County. We can vacation now each year knowing we have backup.
