Martin, handled everything as he should have. I have nothing but good things to say. He made sure that all final decisions were best for me. I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer.

Martin has been one of my most helpful assets in fighting my wife's child support case. He has been available at any time of day as a consultant to my case and has given me invaluable information/advice that I have used throughout this 3 year process. Even during COVID, Martin has went above and beyond to ensure the best interest of my child and alleviate some of the pressures that Child Support cases cause on the families. Not only have we formed a great legal bond, but a blossoming friendship. I would recommend Martin to anyone needing legal help and/or advice!

I’ve known Dustin for many years and consider him to be a bright and very honest attorney. His demeanor is very calming and reassuring, which can be settling in criminal or family law cases. No one calls an attorney because they’re having a good day, but I’ve seen him on many occasions take the lead and guide his clients to a positive outcome. If I have a legal question about any of my own cases, I look to Dustin for advice. I trust him as a colleague and I’ve seen him whole heartedly care about his clients. I admire him very much and if I had one word to describe Dustin, he is a man of integrity.

Mr. Moore got one of my cases dismissed, and time served on my felonies. I sat in jail for 10 months, he became my lawyer the last month I was in jail, and I was released a few later. He was amazing.

Came here expecting to find nothing but bad reviews...am surprised that is not the case, but not pleasantly so. It seems he is one of the best your money can buy in this area, but God help you if you ever find yourself in need of a court appointed attorney in Madison County, NC and you draw this guy out of the hat. I know people represented by him that have languished in the jail in Marshall anywhere from 5 months to well over a year without seeing a courtroom on matters that are typically resolved within 1-3 months with public defenders. Never a visit, his office number has blocked collect calls and he doesn't respond to letters. If the inmate is lucky enough to have someone try to contact him in their stead, he will cheerfully tell them convincing lies about how he has things ready to be handled on the upcoming court date and not to worry. Invariably, Mr. Dow files a motion for continuance.. rarely is the motion filed by the state. I'm sure a man as esteemed as Dustin Dow is sought after and very busy helping people and earning his piece of the American Dream. It would be a great thing if he would take the time to do his civic duty and use his legal prowess to help the citizens who can't afford the representation they are entitled to by law. It's not like it's pro bono...court appointed attorneys get compensated for the fees they incur either at the expense of the state if the charges are dropped or a bill added to the defendants court costs in the case of a guilty plea or verdict. Even the guards in Madison County Detention Center will laugh and tell the poor inmate who has just been appointed Dustin Dow, "Well, you're stuck now. Might as well settle in." This is unfortunately not an exaggeration. I'm sure he really is a five star lawyer...I'm just putting this out here so people who are reading these reviews for their incarcerated loved ones and hopefully to remind Mr. Dow to please remember the little guys too. If anything they need your help more urgently than those that can post bond and pay your retainer.

I had a pretty complex case spanning close to 2 years with attorneys from different specialties (family law, criminal, etc). During this time I’ve met a few different lawyers and can confidently say no matter what your need is, Mr. Moore can meet and exceed your expectations. Despite his heavy caseload he was always extremely responsive, and always ready to go above and beyond to advocate for me as a client. I’d hate to ever be in a situation where I need legal representation again - but if I do, I would be lucky to have Martin on my side!
