Andrew Banzhoff has been in charge of my case for about two years after having dealt with a previous associate of the firm that has since left their firm. In my experience with Mr. Banzhoff he has consistently ignored requests for communication and has failed to make contact and discuss what I should expect before court dates. It seems he has made little effort to help my case. Despite trying to contact Mr. Banzhoff many times within the last month, I have only been able to talk to the receptionist who has no limit of reasons why I haven't had the courtesy of a phone call from my attorney.

Excellent experience dealing with Thomas and his firm. Even though it wasnt the best circumstances to meet someone with, it was a very good feeling to be dealt with in such a respectful professional manner. His courtroom presence and non verbal cues worked well to make me feel confident throughout the entire endeavor. I highly recommend working with this firm for anything you need in the Ashville area.

I needed a good attorney for a criminal case. Mr. Amburgey sounded like exactly what I was looking for. With his repport in the DA office it's a no brainer. Even screwing up twice on my end he and his team were able to help me get the case dropped. He and his team were extremely professional, and surprisingly affordable given his reputation. If anybody asked me for a great attorney for something Mr. Thomas Amburgey is the only attorney I would recommend.

Thomas and his team were very helpful with my case. Very very professional but understanding at the same time. He got even better results than I was expecting.

I had numerous memories of this building when I was little, being a history buff I was curious about the building and the view from the top. I would have to say for an attorney to be so personable and tell us about some history of the building I can’t help but give a review and attempt to express how thankful I am. (Also, not a public space at the top...don’t do what I did LOL)

Dear Attorney Liz Theme, yesterday after meeting with you, we had discuss several ways for payment. First was $500 dollars down. Also, you advised me, that you would speak with Attorney JJ, about my DWI case. I was wanting to know do I have to pay another $50 dollars consulting fee to discuss my DWI case with Atty. JJ. Do to the circumstances surrounding my case, knowing that you would be handling my case with (JJ) too. Because you told me that he was experience in DWI cases. Due to the facts that my court records are Falsified Documentation and that N.C. Department of Motor Vehicles has (NO RECORDS) on file that I was Arrested or Charged for a DWI on MAY 13, 2000.
