I had an accident that was not my fault in which I had injuries and my car was totaled. The driver-at-fault’s insurance was terrible (cut rate insurance company) that upon researching them online I found that they have a history of fighting all claims. They refused all responsibillity. I am a single working parent and the expenses and loss of a vehicle put me in a serious financial bind. Ruth Smith took my case when others wouldnt. She fought hard with the shady insurance company who had numerous stalling tactics to delay resolution and avoid responsibility. She and her staff were professional, thorough, and persistent all through the process. The end result is a settlement in my favor, for much more than I hoped to recoup.
