As a new NC resident (from FL) I had not fully grasped the idea of increased speed when traveling down mountains. But when I received a speeding ticket for being substantially over the limit. My husband (who had not bothered to advise me of the downhill speeding phenomenon) told me I could lose my DL!! THEN I found Scott Dillin!! He was very reassuring and truly AMAZING!!
