Scott did a great job of getting this resolved for me for a reasonable price. Being from out of state it's nice to find some one that can take care of this that has a good reputation.

Scott Dillon represented me in an old case that was causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. Even after the initial consultation, I felt much more at ease and confident that he was going to do whatever he could to help me out! A few weeks after I hired him, my case was handled and closed with my charges reduced, just a few fines, and no hit to my insurance!

Hired Mr. Dillin to represent me on a speeding charge in Buncombe County District Court. Being from out of state I did not know how process worked but Scott handled everything, I prepaid online and case was dismissed on the court date. Thankful to have hired Mr. Dillan for this situation.

Scott Dillin and his office staff were prompt in answering calls and following through with information about my court date . My traffic incident could have exposed me unfairly to high fines, and possibly even criminal charges, but Scott was able to get it dismissed. I did not have to appear in court. I felt his fee was fair and in line with the usual and customary legal fees in my area. I definitely would hire him again and recommend him to my friends for similar matters. My insurance rates will not be affected thanks to his effective representation.

Hire him. Trust him. He has it. Hired him for a traffic ticket I got in Asheville in a speed trap. It had dropped from 60 to 50 and I missed it completely. Hired Scott upon the recommendation of a Highway Patrolman friend if you can believe it, and so glad I did. He got it dismissed for the initial fees quoted if you can also believe that! Professional, fair, speedy response, and effective. Whatever your situation it will have a better outcome with him than without him.

I recently was ticketed for a traffic violation that is considered a class 3 misdemeanor (G.S. 20-141 (J1)) and which could potentially involve license revocation, jail time, community service, or all of the above. Right off let me tell you that Scott Dillin was fantastic. The charges were dismissed and I avoided insurance and court fine and appearance hassles. I was driving on the I40 in the Buncombe county section when I was pulled over and issued a ticket for "79 in a 60mph zone" - GS-20-141 The officer told me that a court appearance was necessary (not ok for me - I live in Kentucky) but I could pay the fines online and avoid court. I found out later that first - it was not possible to pay it online because the of the speed and second it was a pretty serious charge (if not properly disposed off - I did a bit of research). I looked at a lot of lawyers and received a lot of mail - Lawyers who looked up my ticket and offered services. I looked up Scott on the web and had the feeling that this was a serious minded professional with the interests of his clients at heart. He also posted on issues I care about. The important thing is that if you are looking for a lawyer I suggest you seriously consider at least calling Scott's office - I am quite sure that you will not be disappointed.

Scott K. Dillon was fantastic. I had a speeding ticket (69 in a 45). Since I live in CO, the return to NC would have cost far more I paid for his services. He was very pleasant on the phone. I was more than a bit surprised that he nearly guaranteed an outcome far better than I imagined. I was even more surprised when he achieved the promised outcome. No points, no increase in insurance. I could not be happier.
