“Scott K. Dillon was fantastic. I had a speeding ticket (69 in a 45). Since I live in CO, the return to NC would have cost far more I paid for his services. He was very pleasant on the phone. I was more than a bit surprised that he nearly guaranteed an outcome far better than I imagined. I was even more surprised when he achieved the promised outcome. No points, no increase in insurance. I could not be happier.”
