Ms Ciaravella did a great job representing me during my divorce several years ago. I recently needed some documentation papers from it, and she went back through her files on her own time and found exactly what I needed. So helpful!

Ms. Ciaravella drew up the initial start up documents for my business and did a first rate job. Shortly thereafter I needed to negotiate an settlement with a particularly difficult party whose strategy was to delay and fail to respond. I was so busy with a new start up I could not participate much and Ms. Ciaravella took care of forcing the other party to get the matter put to rest and pay a proper settlement. Highly recommended.

We did consult a little over the phone. SHE was great, however, I let my frustrations get in the way as I "over-spoke" to Ms Ciaravella. Consequently, despite my willingness to do so, she decided otherwise. Probably a good decision. I hold no ill feelings whatsoever. Truth also be told, she referred me to a Raleigh Attorney's office that were experts in what my needs were (military retirement pay questions). They were thorough and provided me with great advice! Susan helped me draft a custody agreement so that I could maintain regular visitation with my daughter when I moved away from Asheville.. She answered all my questions and got everything done for a very reasonable rate..

NOT SPEAKING WITH SUSAN CIARAVELLA BEFORE YOU CHOOSE YOUR ATTORNEY COULD BE A CRITICAL MISTAKE. For almost five years, all I heard from Family, Friends and several N.C. Attorney's in the Buncombe County area was how next to impossible it is for me, a Father, to get Custody of my Daughters from my Ex-Wife. I knew my girls were in a bad situation but there is a difference between knowing something is wrong and proving something is wrong. There is an even bigger difference, when you are looking for an Attorney, between one who only takes cases they can win, one who takes any case for money and "The One" who fights for what is right despite the odds. That one is Susan Ciaravella. It was December 16, 2016. I will never forget that day. It was the day I found an Attorney who cared about a Father's concern for the well being of his young Daughters. One who cared enough to do something about it despite the fact that she has a family of her own and Christmas is only a 9 days away. She fought for what was RIGHT. More importantly is the fact that she did it Gracefully in what could have otherwise been a hostile situation.
