Tom and his staff handled a Workers Comp case for me. Joan, the paralegal assigned to my case was very helpful. The whole process took a long time but I am happy with the outcome. Tom was available any time I wanted to come in and discuss my case. His entire staff was professional and helpful.

Mr. Ramer and his staff works as a team. He took my case and believed in me, he was always there to answer question and support me in every decision weather it was medical or work related. His guidance and advice helped me thru difficult times when I was about to give up. He encouraged me to hang in there and went to bat for me even when we lost our first time in court. He took time and done appeals and fought for my rights as an injured employee of a company that tried to fight me all the way. After he won our case the company I worked for moved me to another area and not being use to this type of work I injured myself again. He again pushed for medical care for me and stood by my side. He never once gave up on me. With his expertise and patience we was able to settle with a very difficult insurance company. I feel like I have become a part of his team. Mr. Ramer took on my case about 8 months ago.
