Nice person. However, fails to respond to emails, calls to the hired office service are frequently unanswered, fails to advise of any updates in case. (Appears to lack appropriate office support staff). Due to multiple informational mistakes, it has been necessary to preview her work prior to documents being forwarded. According to the contract I signed with her, I have never received even one invoice as promised. I do not feel confident given her disorganization, high fees, or her lack of accomplishment/interest with my case. I regret hiring her and do not recommend this attorney.

We had our initial consultation with Ana today, and we came away so glad that we spoke with her. We have an elder family member who's navigating a complicated mental health situation. Answered all questions in a kind and considerate manor. She eliminated any anxiety early in the meetings and turned the process into one that gave my Mom both comfort and confidence. It was time to update/review our wills, so we scheduled an appointment with Ana. We reviewed all legal aspects.....difference between our will and a trust, financial power of attorney (POA), health care POA, etc. We covered all needed aspects for our estate planning needs. Ana has a very straightforward and honest approach, which allows her to explain complex legal aspects in terms that everyone can understand... enabling them to make the right decisions. She was amazing in guiding us through the necessary steps and paperwork in getting our estate planning properly set...the result being that we now have everything in place should something happen to one or both of us. I started this journey with Ana Prendergast Jan 2013. She has been consistant and diligiant for my rights. Despite the many frustrating court issues with my ex she maintained integrity and poise. Ana helped me prepare a will, power of attorney, and other documents to make my wishes clear as I enter retirement age and eventual infirmity.
