I can not say enough good things about Attorney Daniel Lehrer and his assistant Jennifer Thompson who helped us for over a year until our workers comp case was settled. They are both calm, competent, courteous and prompt in their service and very professional and yet comfortable to talk with, not intimidating at all. My son incurred significant damage to his mouth due to an accident at a part time job. It’s the way the world works but the corporate insurance did not want to pay his medical bills at first and did not return my calls for over a month. So I called JSF. I don’t think all our substantial medical bills would have ever been paid without the assistance of JSF. They were as high as a mortgage and we have horrible insurance. Most of all the staff at JSF are very organized, professional and always call back almost immediately and keep us posted on the status of the case. Jennifer made filling out required paperwork as easy as possible. Once we went to mediation, it was a very smooth event and in the end the compromise reached was fair and I think all parties were in agreement. No hard feelings on either side, just a fair settlement for a very hard event. And no further stress (due to WC case)was incurred by my son who had already gone thru enough.
