Jake is very professional, he did a great job on my case of handling a complex insurance claim where the insurer was not responding in a timely fashion. We negotiated a settlement with the insurer and saved from going to expensive litigation. Jake was very fair and reasonable with his billing hours for the work he did and did what was best for us. We will use him again.
