Mr lacey is less than 0rofess89nal, he depends on his friendships with judges more than his professionalism. He plays cards with judges and makes deals, he should be disbarred, or something else. He's arrogant due to his friendships with judges, he is less than professional, and makes deals to suit him NOT his client. He's less than professional a disgrace.
