Debbie Massie represented me in my separation and if there's a worse outcome, I would like to see it because I'm not convinced that it's possible. Carolyn Peacock either ran circles around her or Debbie was actually working for the opposing side. Cost me at least $10,000 plus I had to pay $7500 for the opposing attorney fees. If you want to pay big for an awful outcome, this is the right attorney and law firm for you.

Rob Wheatly and his assistant paralegal Macy are absolutely thee most unethical, unprofessional law firm I have ever come into contact with. If you are a criminal looking to hire a criminal with a license then Rob Wheatly is who you should call. I am currently filling a grievance against him with the NC State Bar association and if you are his client or have to deal with him on any matter then I suggest you contact the NC Public Leazon as well as the state bar. I am one of many who have filled complaints. Stay far away from this law firm!

My Attorney for the past 6 years has been Jim Lupton P.A. I can honestly say that there is probably not a better attorney in the State of North Carolina. He is very smart, compassionate, thorough, kind, and honestly one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. But the greatest thing about Jim, is he knows the Law inside and out and will do everything in his power to get you the best result possible. I'll admit that I went though some personal issues and got into a little bit of trouble, I called to see Jim and he met me on a Friday afternoon that he was off apparently, because it was the 1st time I ever saw him in blue jeans and sneakers. But he took the time to come in a talk with me and spent over two hours talking over every single second of everything that had happened. What the weather was like, what was I wearing, and where exactly everything occurred. He took the time to get every single detail, no matter how big or small it may have seemed.I say this because what may seem like a small or meaningless detail to you, could be a huge detail to him. This review is specifically for Deb Massie for divorce. I hired Deb Massie for my absolute divorce, frustrated by the delays at my lawyer's office for my custody and equitable distribution case. I had a time sensitive situation, and was told 45 days ahead of time that I would be good to go as long as my ex did not seek an extension. However, once I paid, delays starting appearing out of the woodwork and I was told I may even want to file in a different county. I ended up needing to fire her just to get the divorce done pro se on time, unfortunately with some cooperation from my ex **barf**. I would avoid her office if possible. I think largely the problem revolved around her staff, but obviously she is to blame for that as well.

pon hiring Mr. Lupton in September 2014 and working with him in the corresponding months thereafter, I quickly observed an unsurpassed level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
