They never called me back. Sounded like possibly the right people but never called back.

Debb and Jeff have been amazing. Returned calls,emails,texts within the hour..usually immediately. Jeff explained each step and was there when I had any questions. During court Jeff was professional and knew exactly what the judge needed to judge in our favor. I highly recommend this firm and Jeff Newton.

Their aren't enough stars to truly represent this firm. I have used the firm on a couple different occasions. I can't say enough positive about 2 individuals there. Mr. Jim Lupton and Mr John Nobles,III. I was recently convicted of an awful crime I absolutely didn't commit against my ex. I was sentenced to 120 days in CCDC and Mr Lupton came to visit me on the very first day. He wasn't even representing me on this particular case. He suggested I appeal the judgement. I did that a day later and was able to secure a new court date and received a bond making it possible for me to bond out. I ended up retaining the firm and requested Mr Lupton who accepted the challenge. After our first meeting he informs me that Mr Nobles III had requested permission to sit in and join the fight. Which make no mistake about it. We were preparing for war. The level of attentiveness from both counselors was like nothing I have ever witnessed. The level of pro-activeness was imeasurable and without a doubt the reason for our success. This particular accusation/case had been on going for almost 4 years. Mr Nobles took the lead and worked tirelessly including the entire weekend preparing my defense and fact checking my side of the story,etc. Mr Nobles and Mr Lupton were so prepared and DETERMINED to ensure and secure my freedom and have the original guilty verdict overturned that the District Attorneys Office decided not to move forward and proceed with a jury trial and overturned my original verdict to all charges against me dismissed. I owe these two gentleman basically my life. They are both incredibly passionate and steadfast in their pursuit of justice for their respective clients. This firm gets the job done and does not react instead they move forward proactively taking the fight to whomever the opponent may be. I don't care what sort of legal conundrum you may find yourself in, if you don't hire this firm, you're making your first mistake and possibly your last. This team utilizes every resource at their disposal to go to war for you. Thank you Mr Nobles and Mr Lupton and the entire team at The Wheatley Law Group. Mr. Lupton is absolutely awesome! He is great at highlighting what you are doing well for the court and truly advocates on your behalf! It was a blessing having him by my side during a very stressful time.

I had three misdemeanor charges that I desperately needed legal assistance with. I originally contacted a different Law Firm other than the Wheatly Law Group. I just can't express how appreciative me and my family are that all charges have been dismissed and I can finally after a month of constant stress I can finally get back to feeling like the person I was before all this trauma came my way. My family and I will be forever grateful to Mr. Lupton and Mr. Nobles for their hard work, compassion and kindness they displayed during this low time in our lives. Once again I thank the good lord that Mr. Lupton and Mr. Nobles came in our lives.
