Begley Law Firm handled probate for my uncle's estate while walking me through the very difficult process of selling his house. I feel very fortunate to have had this firm beside me as they REALLY looked out for my best interest as well as the best interest of my uncle's heirs. They are real people who work well as a team and really care. I very highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a good lawfirm.

Mary Wald with the firm assisted us in closing on our new home in Black Mountain and we couldn't be more pleased with the clarity, response time and caring we felt in spite of everything happening online. We had no contact with the owner or head of the firm but they certainly set customer service as a priority and they definitely know how to hire. Thank you!

Making this for a friend. They created unneeded drama between siblings of a divorced father who died. A daughter who spent 15 plus years taking care of her disabled amputee father came to this office for help so all three sisters based in a will the father made but didn't get it signed in front of witnesses. Two sisters agreed with it. The third sister who lives 4 hours away, made bogus claims how she took care of him. She claimed many things that weren't true. The dumb attorney didn't notice she tagged the second sister in these emails. This was all totally unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this company.

Mike Begley is wonderful. He's generous with his time, and his rates are reasonable. While you could probably find cheaper people around, you're not going to get the same level of care and attention to detail from a place whose main goal is to turn out real estate closings like a paper mill. A good attorney always looks after the best interests of their client, even if the attorney loses out on fees or billable hours. If there's a way to help you with costs, or if he believes someone else would do a better job for less, he will tell you so. On several occasions, Mike has devoted twice as long to consultations as he had said to plan for, solely because there were nuances or details he needed to understand (or wanted to be sure *I* understood). You most likely won't get that level of attention from a bigger firm. I am also happy to say that, despite being small, and having been around since before email was a widespread thing, this office has no problems adapting to change and using technology for things like communication and document signatures. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

He doesn't return phone calls, even after multiple attempts. I'd take your business elsewhere if you appreciate communication. His paralegal was helpful, but he didn't have the courtesy to call me or my mother back.

I'm the 3rd generation in my family to continue working with Begley law firm because I know my affairs will be handled with accuracy and diplomacy. I highly recommend Michael (and Mary too)

Mike and Mary are the best in business. We discovered a survey encroachment issue and they were on it in a flash. Mike didn't just offer one solution but several solutions. Mary and Mikes efficient action saved the day. We ALL learned quite a bit about easement issues :-)
